Below is the procedure to buy a house in Amen estate phase 1 Eleko beach road.

To buy a house in Amen estate phase 1 you need to register your interest formally by paying an application fee of N100,000. After you do that and notify us, the office will follow up with you and discuss your interest and let you know the price for the type of house you want.

The application fee is refundable against your purchase.

Step 2. Notify us of your payment via WhatApp or email, and someone at the office will send you a form immediately.

Step 3: Then send a scanned form filled in full and signed, with a scanned copy of a certified photo ID (You can provide any of the following: biodata page of your International Passport, your Nigerian National ID card or a UK Driver’s licence photocard). On receiving your completed form, the company will do a background check on you, and within two hours, if it comes back satisfactorily, the office will contact you to book an appointment for a tour. If you prefer, they can give you a tour via live WhatsApp video call. Once done, you will be provided with the price of the property you are interested in.
