In Amen Estate phase 2 plots of residential land are now closed for sale but commercial plots are still selling at $55,000 for a plot.

Full plot size measures 600sqm (60 x 100ft). However there are much bigger sizes in the layout if you want. We have plots measuring 600+ sqm to almost 900sqm that you can choose from.

If you want a bigger plot the price will be prorated. At $55,000, a square meter of commercial land currently costs $92.

If you will like to see what other plot sizes are currently available the office will do a video call with you so they can discuss the layout with you and you can pick a plot.

Installment payment is available for up to 12 months. But 6 months installment comes with an additional 5% interest while 12 months installment comes with an additional 10% interest.

Commercial plots can be used to build a school, hotel, shopping mall, event center, warehouse and even a filling station.

Does Amen estate offer a discount?

No. Amen estate doesn’t offer discount. Neither do they run promos.
