Why You Need to Invest in Amen Estate Phase 2 Now rather than later
Amen estate phase 2 is a big estate that is divided into four sections. Three out of that four are for residential purpose and the fourth one is for commercial purpose. And the residential sections each have their name. The first section is Emerald Bay. The second section is Emerald Park. The third section has not been named yet.
The estate will be developed section by section. Right now Emerald Bay is the section being developed and should be delivered either by the end of 2019 or early 2020.
It is only after Emerald Bay is delivered will the company start to work on Emerald Park. It’s only been a little over a year when they started erecting buildings in the Emerald Bay section of the estate. So it’s going to take the company over 2 years to deliver the first section, Emerald Bay. Now imagine if you wait till later to buy and fall into section C of the estate. It will mean you can’t start developing the land you hope to buy now until another 2 years plus when Emerald Park has been delivered. So we talking about you starting to build 2023 if you fall into section C. If your plan is to buy a land and bank it for 2-4 years then you don’t have a problem. But if you hope to buy and build within a year or two then you really need to process your purchase right now. I mean this minute!
Emerald Bay has sold out for awhile now and development has gone far in that section of the estate. Emerald Park is the section of the estate that we are selling now and we’ve sold a lot of that too. So if you want a piece of Emerald Park, act right now. With Emerald Park development should start within a year and six months from the date of writing this. That’s saying sometime in 2020 development should start for Emerald Park. So that’s not far away. And if you are hoping to pay for your land or house on installment then that time frame is really perfect for you.
“But I’m not in Nigeria at the moment”
If you are asking this, then you either have a problem with trust or you are the type that like to see what you want to buy before you buy it.
Can I trust the company, Redbrick Homes Limited?
So many people want to invest in Amen estate phase 2 after seeing what the developer Redbrick Homes Limited delivered in Phase 1. However some drag their feet in processing an application. They keep procrastinating and as a result some have had to pay N12million for a land they could have bought in the estate for N10million. And some are now even paying N15million for a land early birds bought for N10million, paying 50% extra. While you waste time with over analysis the prices of properties keeps going up, especially one as fast with development as Amen. Prices will always be on the increase. By first quarter of 2021 I can guarantee you that Amen estate phase 2 will sell for N20million a plot.
I understand the concern you may have when you don’t live in Nigeria. And I understand the need to do due diligence. However the company has earned their trust. You can worry about that with other developers not this one. You think Funke Akindele, one of the most popular celebrities that live in phase 1 of the estate and now the Ambassador for the estates will partner with a company that can’t be trusted?
So as long as you are sending your money to the company’s account, Redbrick Homes Limited you have absolutely nothing to worry about. It is when someone is telling you to pay into a different account for the estate then you should be very worried.

I will like to see what I want to buy before I buy
This is not a problem if you live in Nigeria. We are always open for site inspections, even on Sundays. So just use the contact numbers on the site to call to book for a physical site inspection.
But if you live abroad and don’t hope to visit Nigeria until 3, 6 or 12 months from now, and you’re insisting on visiting before you buy, then you’re just wasting time unnecessarily.
