There are some lands close to Amen estate phase 1 and phase 2 that are not owned by Redbrick Homes Limited. But that Agents are using the Amen estate brand to try to sell these lands to prospective buyers like you who love Amen estate. While this is not in itself bad, there are a few things you need to understand before deciding to buy into those lands.
There is a reason the Amen estate brand of estates attracted you. And that’s because of the safety and security it offers to owners and their kids, the 24/7 electricity, the well tarred good roads and the fact that there’s been no flooding issue in the estate, making it a really good place to raise children.
Now when someone is offering you something else close to Amen estate that is cheaper, you need to ask yourself a few questions:
Who owns the land? Is it an actual developer or a land trader posing as a developer?
You must be familiar with some of them. They acquire a land and start to sell it without an actual plan for the estate. And the ones that come up with a plan takes forever to get to actually developing the land.
Does the land have a good title?
You may want to confirm the title of such lands as some of them don’t officially have a title. Amen estates land have a C of O so you never have to worry. If a land doesn’t have C of O it has to at least have a Gazette for it to be safe enough to buy. So keep this in mind.
What amenities will they provide?
With Amen estates we are offering you a lifestyle. A way of life that will ensure you enjoy every advantage of an estate. And you and your family have peace of mind.
